Terms of Service

By creating a Caseta Mix account or using the Caseta Mixapps or website, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account, for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and for ensuring the information you provide is accurate. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Caseta Mix.

Full track playback inside Caseta Mix requires an active Apple Music subscription, billed by Apple. Caseta Mixdoes not sell, manage, or process Apple Music subscriptions; we use Apple's MusicKit framework to play tracks from your existing subscription. 30-second previews are available without a subscription.

You agree not to:

• Use Caseta Mix to harass, threaten, or harm others.
• Compose mixtape titles, personal notes, or label text that contain content that's illegal, hateful, or violates someone else's rights.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, scrape the platform at volume, or interfere with the service's normal operation.
• Use the service in any way that violates Apple's Apple Music terms or applicable music licensing restrictions.

You retain ownership of the mixtape titles, personal notes, and other content you create on Caseta Mix. By using the service, you grant Caseta Mix a limited license to store, display, and deliver your content to the recipients you choose. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for advertising or training purposes.

When you share a mixtape, the resulting share link is public — anyone with the URL can view the cassette art, tracklist, and personal note you attached. Don't include information in a share that you wouldn't want visible to anyone who receives the link.

You can delete your account at any time from the app's profile sheet. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or its users. We'll give you notice when feasible.

Caseta Mixis provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all features will be available at all times. Apple Music catalog availability is determined by Apple and may change.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caseta Mix and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be surfaced in the app the next time you open it; continued use of the service after a change indicates acceptance.
